Responsibilities

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in live production environments.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Proficiency in a programming language (Refer to Technical Skills).
• Solid experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and basic shell scripting.(Refer to Technical Skills)
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps).
• Experience in incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and message queues.
