1058 Amadeus IT Pacific Pty Ltd is seeking a Software Development Manager (C# and .Net) to coordinate and support multiple development teams delivering high‑quality solutions. You will enable clear two‑way communication between teams, domains, and leadership to ensure shared understanding and timely information flow.

The ideal candidate has extensive C#/.NET and SQL experience, hands‑on technical contribution, and the ability to coach others, design APIs, and guide CI/CD practices in a cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Extensive experience in C# and .NET with SQL.
• Experience in agile environments with hands-on technical contribution and leadership.
• Experience coaching and developing others through regular feedback.
• Familiarity with API design, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Exposure to cloud-deployed solutions (Azure or AWS) and microservices.
• Experience with modern web frameworks such as Angular or React.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple development teams to align with goals and priorities.
• Facilitate clear communication between teams, domains, and leadership.
• Guide operational support activities, monitoring, and process improvement.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance conversations.
• Contribute to solution design with high‑level estimates and code reviews.
