Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. in Taguig (Uptown 2, Bonifacio Global City) seeks a skilled C++ Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications. The role requires strong C++ experience and solid OOP fundamentals.

The position follows a hybrid work setup with a 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM shift and onsite work 2 days per week, located at Uptown 2, BGC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience and proficiency in C++ programming.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Optimize application performance and improve existing software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation as needed.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and software development practices.
