• Design and maintain high-performance WinForms-based trading applications using C# and .NET Framework (4.0/4.7.2), implementing responsive UIs that handle real-time market data updates at sub-second latency
• Build complex UI components including custom DataGridView implementations with virtual mode for handling large datasets, dynamic forms and dialogs for order entry and modification, and custom controls for market depth visualization and charting
• Implement data binding architectures connecting UI components to real-time market feeds, order status updates, and position tracking systems, ensuring smooth user interactions without UI freezes or lag
• Develop modular trading screens for equity cash, derivatives (futures & options), order management, portfolio tracking, and risk monitoring, adhering to trader-specific workflows and regulatory display requirements
• Apply OOP best practices including interfaces, abstract classes, inheritance hierarchies, and encapsulation principles to create maintainable and extensible codebases for trading modules
• Implement established design patterns such as Observer (for event-driven market data updates), Factory (for creating order objects and UI components), Strategy (for order routing logic), and Singleton (for connection management)
• Design class hierarchies for different order types (market, limit, stop-loss, bracket orders), instrument types (equity, futures, options), and trading strategies, ensuring type safety and code reusability
