Job summary

ACCIONA Energía, the world’s largest 100% renewable energy company with no fossil legacy, seeks a Regional Buyer to support procurement from the Philippines. You will manage local and international suppliers, collate orders, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

With 5–6 years in procurement, you will navigate SAP MM, validate commercial offers, and coordinate with internal teams for purchase requests and goods receipts, contributing to our decarbonisation

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in procurement or buying
• Knowledge of Quality Management System requirements
• Awareness of Environment Management System requirements
• EMS and OSHAS management system awareness
• Working knowledge of SAP MM module
• Proficient in English and able to communicate in the local language

Responsibilities

• Collate purchase orders and requisitions to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Send purchase orders and requisitions to suppliers.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Interact with suppliers and negotiate effectively.
• Track deliveries and status of orders.
• Handle issues with non-supplied, under orders, or damaged goods.
• Ensure invoices are processed for payment.
• Produce and maintain procurement reports.
• Manage procurement activities including RFPs.
• Vendor registration in the portal and tender creation workflows.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for purchase requests and goods receipts.

Job Description

• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Purchase orders and requisitions to be Send to the suppliers.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis and handles effective negotiations with Suppliers.
• Review deliveries against the orders Track the status of any orders.
• Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• Produce and maintains a comprehensive reports.
• Manage any procurement activities including RFP’s (Request For Proposals).
• Vendor Registration Process in the Portal
• Create Tenders through system, follow the same with the vendors and release the Purchase Order to vendor
• Handles and initiate meetings between Supplier and internal stakeholders.
• Validates commercial offers in compliance to Std Contract Conditions and applicable conditions.
• Supports and coordinates with Internal Requestors for the Purchase Requests and Goods Receipts processes in the the system.
