Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Food Technology, Animal Science, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in retail butchery or meat processing, with 2 years in supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of meat cuts, processing, merchandising, inventory, and food safety standards.
• Experience in supermarket or retail operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail inventory or POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting hours.

Responsibilities
