Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax and corporate services: prepare and file tax returns, compliance reviews, and tax filings.
• Prepare tax reports, opinions, protests, and other mandatory documents using relevant tools.
• Research and consult with colleagues on tax and corporate matters.
• Build and maintain relationships with client staff and government agencies (BIR, SEC, PEA, BOI, BOC).
• Foster positive relationships with clients, supervisors, and team members; assist in conflict resolution.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing:

• Assist clients across various industries with tax and corporate services including preparing and filing tax returns, tax compliance reviews, tax consultancy, investigations, transfer pricing, incorporation, dissolution, and tax ruling processes.
• Use relevant skills and software to prepare tax returns, draft reports, opinions, protests against tax assessments, and other necessary documents.
• Research and consult with colleagues and superiors on tax and corporate matters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client personnel and government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Board of Investments, and Bureau of Customs.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, seniors, managers, and other firm members.
• Provide effective conflict resolution when needed.

About You
