Job summary

BSASolutions Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Specialist / Analyst to support ERP implementations, configurations, and process improvements across client environments.

You will translate business requirements into specifications, maintain documentation standards, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in ERP projects.
• Hands-on ERP experience with SAP, Oracle (NetSuite), or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis and reporting.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting system integrations, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Gather,document, and translate requirements into functional and technical specs.
• Support ERP implementations, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation.
• Analyze business processes for system/workflow improvements.
• Create and maintain process docs, SOPs, and system configs.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support performance insights.

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Systems Specialist / Analyst is responsible forsupporting business systems analysis, implementation, configuration, andprocess improvement initiatives across multiple customer environments. Thisrole gathers and translates business requirements into clear specifications,supports ERP implementations and integrations, maintains documentationstandards, and contributes to successful project delivery. The specialist worksclosely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure solutions are deliveredaccurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational requirements whilemaintaining visibility, quality, and consistency throughout the deliverylifecycle.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Gather,document, and translate business and customer requirements into clearfunctional and technical specifications
• Support ERP andbusiness systems implementations, integrations, data mapping, andreconciliation activities
• Assist inanalysing business processes and identifying opportunities for system andworkflow improvements
• Build andmaintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and system configurationrecords
• Conduct dataanalysis and reporting to support operational performance and customerdecision-making
• Assist with UserAcceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, execution tracking, and issueresolution
• Support systemconfiguration activities and ensure changes are documented accurately beforedeployment
• Coordinate withstakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and validateproposed solutions
• Maintainsource-of-truth documentation within SharePoint and ensure delivery activitiesare tracked in ClickUp
• Monitor assignedworkstreams and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines
• Collaborate withimplementation teams to support project delivery and customer onboardinginitiatives
• Trackimplementation progress, document outcomes, and contribute to continuousimprovement initiatives
• Escalate risks,issues, and blockers early and provide recommendations to support successfuldelivery
• Ensuredocumentation quality, consistency, and compliance with established businesssystems standards
• Contribute tothe improvement of delivery processes, templates, and operating procedures

REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years ofexperience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting ERPimplementation projects
• Hands-on ERPimplementation experience with platforms such as SAP (Business One or S/4HANA),Oracle (including NetSuite), or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience in SQL/ data analysis and reporting
• Strongrequirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation experience
• Experiencesupporting system implementations, integrations, and data mapping orreconciliation activities
• Strongstakeholder management skills with the confidence to facilitate discussions andwork directly with customers
• Excellent verbaland written communication skills with strong documentation discipline
• Experienceworking across multiple projects, priorities, and implementation workstreams
• Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to workindependently while collaborating effectively within a delivery-focused team
• Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology,Information Systems, or a related field

• Exposure tomaritime operations or willingness to learn the maritime domain

• Low-codeplatform experience such as Mendix or similar technologies
