You will gather requirements, assess COBOL processes, map data flows, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Technology, Data, Development and QA teams to deliver measurable value. Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements, compensation rules, and calculation logic.
• Analyze existing COBOL processes and support system modernization/migration.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Technology, Data, Development, and QA teams.
• Analyze data flows, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation requirements.
• Support SIT, UAT, parallel runs, defect resolution, and business validation.
• Maintain process documentation and identify process improvement opportunities.
