Prudential plc is seeking a Business Resilience Manager to lead the annual Scenario Analysis programme and BCM assurance activities. The Business Resilience Manager leads the annual departmental Scenario Analysis programme and Business Continuity/Operational Resilience assurance activities. The role provides relevant disruption scenarios based on the critical activities stated in departmental Business Continuity Plans, prepares exercise materials, facilitates scenario analysis sessions and tabletop exercises, and performs quality assurance reviews of departmental Business Continuity Plans and Critical Business Services to confirm completeness, consistency, and alignment with BCM and Operational Resilience requirements. The role is accountable for the quality, timely completion, and effectiveness of assigned resilience activities; documents outcomes; drives remediation actions through to closure; promotes consistent execution of BCM and Operational Resilience requirements; supports timely management reporting; and contributes to the continuous enhancement of business continuity and operational resilience capabilities across the organization.
Agreed timelines, and intended control or business outcomes, proactively addressing issues that may affect effective completion.
