Job summary

RCBC is seeking a sales-oriented banking professional to help achieve branch sales goals in Laguna. You will assist the Branch Manager, plan daily and monthly sales calls, and develop activities to promote retail banking products. The role requires adaptability and strong planning capabilities within a banking context.

The incumbent will contribute to account acquisition and cross-selling of YGC products while maintaining compliance with banking policies and risk controls, at Laguna Technopark.

Qualifications
