The Medical City Clark is seeking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Business Quality Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all in-patient's charts & out-patient charts at Emergency Room Department are reviewed for its completeness while still at the Nursing Unit.
• Staff in-charge in promoting daily pathway activation, tracking pathway use, variance monitoring, fall prevention, patient and family education, family conferences, monitoring of complete documentation and other related elements.
• Prepares BQA summary report on all data elements being monitored.
