Position Overview

A full-time Business Operations Lead in Makati responsible for documenting and improving business processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Document and map business workflows across all departments.
2. Develop process improvement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
3. Monitor and analyze team performance using KPIs; provide actionable recommendations.
4. Report progress, key updates, and critical issues directly to the founder.
5. Align operational strategies with the company's vision and mission.
6. Identify and pursue new opportunities for business expansion and team growth.
7. Oversee cross-departmental collaboration and manage new project implementations.
8. Conduct regular meetings with department leads to stay informed about developments and challenges.

Qualifications

1. Business graduate; experience in fast-paced tech startups is preferred.
2. 3-5 years of work experience.
3. Quick learner with an entrepreneurial, interdisciplinary, and practical mindset.
4. Background in change management, people management, and process improvement is a plus.
5. Strong numerical, presentation, and communication skills.
