Job summary

GCash is seeking a Senior Analytics Lead to oversee end-to-end KPI tracking, reporting, and strategic performance reviews for executive leadership in the Philippines. You will own dashboard design, data quality, and cross-functional analytics to drive forecasting, planning, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business performance, corporate strategy, analytics, BI, FP&A, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams, workstreams, or enterprise-level analytics programs.
• Proven track record designing KPI frameworks, performance cadences, executive reporting, and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking and storytelling of enterprise KPIs, owners, targets, reporting cadence, data sources, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Lead the preparation and evolution of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews for senior leadership and governance forums.
• Create a single, reconciled view of enterprise performance across growth, profitability, productivity, customer outcomes, risk, and strategic-initiative delivery.
• Diagnose performance movements through root-cause analysis, cohort analysis, variance analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Lead the design and adoption of scalable dashboards, self-service analytics, automated reporting, and reusable analytical products.
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to strengthen forecasting, target-setting, insighting, trends analysis, resource allocation, and benefits-realization tracking.
• Lead external competitive analysis and benchmarking across fintech, payments, digital-platform, and consumer-business metrics.
• Define analytical and data-quality standards in partnership with Data, Technology, Finance, Risk, and business-unit teams; resolve metric inconsistencies and data issues.
• Track market developments, industry and related trends, competitor performance, business-model shifts, and relevant external benchmarks; translate findings into implications for GCASH's performance, priorities, and strategic choices.
• Manage Mynt-wide data owners to produce performance reports to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be considered.

Work Background/ Experience

• 8+ years of progressive experience in business performance, corporate strategy, analytics, business intelligence, financial planning and analysis, management consulting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading people, workstreams, or enterprise-level analytical programs.
