Job summary

CAI is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst to process, mine, and deliver data to client communities through repositories and tools. This full-time, remote role focuses on building and maintaining global engineering KPI dashboards, data extraction strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with MySQL, VBA, Dynamic SQL, and data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in Engineering Tools, Dynamic SQL, MySQL, Data Management and Reports.
• 5–6 years’ experience in MySQL, VBA Macros, Dynamic SQL Query is a must.
• Experience in Product Development and/or Project Management is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, teamwork, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Dynamic SQL Queries, Raw Data Reports, etc.
• Proficient with MySQL, Excel Power Query, Dynamic SQL, VBA.
• Develop and maintain weekly/monthly global engineering KPI dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in governance, tracking, data crunching and analysis.
• Design data extraction strategies based on reporting needs.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to process, mining, and delivery of data to the client's customer community through repositories, tools and services.. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

• The Business Intelligence Analyst will be the responsible for Maintaining and enhance the Dynamic SQL Queries, Raw Data Reports, etc.

• Programming Expertise in MySQL, Excel Power Query, Dynamic SQL Query, VBA is a must

• Proficiency in excel with VBA macros and pivot tables is a must

• Knowledge of database structure and data extraction is highly desired Background in statistics or other data analysis and visualization Competencies

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Visio is desirable and is a big plus

• Ability to quickly understand and navigate in TE digital database architecture and TE digitaltoolset to define data extraction strategy based on reporting needs

• Collaborate with Key stake holders in Governing, tracking, Data Crunching and Analysis

• Develop and maintain weekly / monthly global reporting dashboard for Engineering related KPI’s,maintain reporting accuracy, participate in data related projects such as system migration, customization projects

• Proficiency in standard reporting/presentation tools and data analysis with Proven successfuldelivery of innovative solutions to large organizations

• Develop Customized Dashboards liking and merging multiple Data Sources to design, maintain reporting accuracy, system migration and workflow automation

• Must be able to effectively work with people of diverse cultural backgrounds

• Works with high integrity, proactive and self-learner

• Work with less or No supervision

What You'll Need

• Overall Experience of about 8 to 12 years in Engineering Tools, Dynamic SQL Query, MYSQL, New Product Development Data Management and Reports Creation

• Minimum 5 to 6 years’ experience in Programming in MYSQL, VBA Macros, Dynamic SQL Queryis a must

• Product Development and/or Project Management Experience is a plus

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Strong aptitude for problem solving

• Able to work effectively under pressure and on several topics concurrently
