The role collaborates with all management levels to define reporting requirements and improve processes. Healthcare experience is preferred; night shifts and post-training WFH options are available.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree in applicable related field.
• 3-5 years of data analytics and reporting experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clarify reporting needs with clients to define scope and deliver analysis.
• Audit data quality, integrity, and reporting functionality; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with team to improve data integration and analytics.
• Maintain documentation for all reports and analyses.
• Learn new tools and systems to advance reporting capabilities.
• Provide training and act as a resource to the organization.
