Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Excellence Manager who will support multiple teams in operations in LN Risk Insurance and Healthcare. The ideal candidate must be effective in grasping and understanding various business unit specific goals and objectives and drive effective and efficient service delivery to supported businesses. This leader must be strategic but capable to be hands-on when necessary to drive process innovation and improvement; increase operational effectiveness and efficiency; and improve customer and business results. Because of the unique vantage point of this position, he/she is expected to lead harmonization efforts and share best practices to drive consistence, improvements and improve outcomes and business results.

Accountabilities
  • Responsible for driving operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment across business units. This role partners with cross-functional teams to identify performance gaps, implement process enhancements, and foster a culture of excellence through data-driven decision-making and people development.
  • Support work migrations and change management efforts during transformation or automation projects.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Reviews and evaluates work of the department and prepares performance reporting/evaluations, which can extend to validating individual productivity and work quality using trackers and monitoring tools.
  • Resolve issues including but not limited to personnel, business and technical issues and create an environment that fosters both employee development and organizational growth.
  • Confers and advises supervisors on administrative policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and method.
  • Develop supervisors and staff; provide leadership guidance and coaching, mentoring and assessment to develop our talent and help individuals reach their potential.
  • Represent department on cross-functional project teams.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Remote team management skills required
  • Ability to learn quickly, check details, meet deadlines and grasp product and process are business requirements to be able to effectively manage operations and assist in process improvement initiatives
  • Highly experienced in effective people management, coaching, motivating, coordinating, and providing guidance to teams and/or individuals involved in servicing customer or content operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and can easily build and sustain trust-based relationships with all levels of the organization. Demonstrate solid leadership skills in building enterprise value as an indispensable business partner.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, problem solving, project management and delegation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to identify missing information, errors, trends, and areas of concern
  • Insurance industry experience is a plus
