We are looking for an experienced Business Excellence / Quality leader with a strong background in clinical Healthcare BPO operations.
The role will lead Quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring achievement of client quality objectives while driving process improvement, operational excellence, compliance, and team capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Quality and Continuous Improvement function for healthcare operations.
- Ensure achievement of client quality targets, SLAs, and performance objectives.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve quality systems, processes, and procedures.
- Lead internal and client-initiated quality audits, including action planning and resolution of identified issues.
- Partner with clients, operations leaders, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and improve performance.
- Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement and transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other CI methodologies.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective action plans for recurring quality and operational issues.
- Promote a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality and Continuous Improvement team members.
- Facilitate training and workshops on Quality, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement tools.
- Oversee quality documentation, SOPs, change controls, and training requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, information security, and healthcare requirements, including HIPAA and QISMS.
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships and serve as a senior point of contact for quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience within a clinical Healthcare BPO environment.
- Strong experience managing Quality Assurance and/or Continuous Improvement teams.
- Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
- Strong understanding of quality management, audits, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and performance improvement.
- Experience managing client quality requirements and SLAs.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare quality/compliance requirements.
- PHRN license is highly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training is an advantage.
