A leading company in garment manufacturing seeks a Business Development professional to drive new location development and manage existing store renewals. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in retail leasing and property management, focusing on achieving the best results for stand-alone stores. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. New and Prospective Location Development
2. Existing Store Renewal and Contract Amendments
3. Achieving Best Results for Stand-alone Stores
4. Documentation and Formal Communication
5. Coordination with Internal Departments
6. Dealing with Lessors and Requests
7. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
8. Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by the Business Development & Sales Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in business development, retail leasing, or property management
· Proven experience in negotiating leases and managing store openings
· Strong understanding of retail location dynamics, lease agreements, contract negotiation, rental rates, and terms, specifically for stand-alone retail stores
