MCI Career Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Growth & Business Development Associate who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and turning ideas into action. This role offers hands-on experience across business development, partnerships and growth initiatives.

You will build partnerships, manage pipelines, and support events while collaborating with leadership to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance outreach and productivity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative.
• Highly organised with good follow-up discipline and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Comfortable using digital tools and keen to work with AI; exposure to events, sales, business development, marketing, CRM, social media or presentation/design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with businesses, educational institutions, communities and strategic partners while identifying new partnership and business opportunities.
• Manage leads and partnership pipelines, coordinate meetings, conduct consistent follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Support networking events, recruitment, branding and outreach initiatives while researching new markets, trends and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with leadership on new business initiatives and leverage AI and digital tools to improve outreach, productivity and business development activities.
