Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Market Development & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research across port operations, mining, airports, and power sectors. Identify potential clients and growth opportunities in new and existing markets. Develop and execute strategies to enter untapped geographic regions and industry segments. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine our positioning.
- Partnership & Channel Management: Build and manage strategic alliances (e.g., distributors, system integrators, tech providers). Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to support business expansion. Collaborate with partners on joint sales and marketing initiatives.
- Sales Execution: Drive sales growth by identifying new applications for current equipment lines. Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. Prepare tailored proposals and product presentations based on client needs.
- Lead Generation & Client Relations: Implement multi-channel lead generation strategies. Qualify and nurture leads to optimize conversion rates. Maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Industry Expertise & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on heavy equipment technologies, specifications, and applications. Understand client operational needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Communicate the ROI and operational value of our offerings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting: Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Product Development, and After-Sales teams. Submit regular reports on pipeline progress, market feedback, and business updates. Contribute to overall business development planning and goal-setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Major, Engineering, or related field.
- Open to male and female applicants
- Age range: 25 to 38 years old
- Based in NCR and must be capable of driving a 4-wheel vehicle
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in heavy equipment, port logistics, or industrial sectors.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Strong sales and presentation skills; adept in using presentation software.
- Excellent market research and analytical capabilities.
- Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel locally and occasionally overseas.
- Proven record in meeting sales targets and expanding into new markets.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented with entrepreneurial energy.
Work Setup
- Base Office: Intramuros, Manila
- Reporting: Weekly alignment meetings with President & CEO at Parkway, Alabang
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (On-site)
- Monday: 08:00 am – 06:00 pm
- Friday: 08:00 am – 05:00 pm
- Salary range: 25,000.00 – 30,000.00
