The Client Acquisition Manager plays a critical role in driving Easy Outsourcing's growth by identifying and securing new clients for our remote BPO solutions. This position requires expertise in sales strategy, client relationship management, and market research. The role is remote-based and offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic, agile team that supports global businesses in optimising their operations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies that consistently deliver business growth in a consulting or outsourcing environment.
  • Extensive understanding of customer relationship management best practices, including utilising CRM platforms for tracking and nurturing leads.
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, employing both digital and offline channels to build a qualified prospect pipeline effectively.

We are looking for a highly driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, high-volume calls, and appointment setting to build a strong pipeline of potential clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and skilled at engaging prospects through professional communication.

This is a results-driven role where success is measured by daily call activity and quality appointments set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 400–500 outbound calls per day to targeted prospects using provided scripts and tools.
  • Generate 10–20 qualified appointments daily for the sales team with decision-makers.
  • Engage prospects professionally to introduce company services and build initial interest.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed prospect information in the CRM/ATS system.
  • Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and referrals to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets.
