We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:
Developing or scaling e-telehealth, telemedicine, or digital healthcare platforms
Building commercial partnerships with telehealth providers, digital health companies, pharmacies, clinic networks, hospitals, or healthcare platforms
Identifying new digital channels and creating go-to-market (GTM) strategies for healthcare or consumer-facing solutions
Developing and executing partnership models from initial opportunity identification through negotiation, contracting, and implementation
Working with technology or digital platforms to create new customer access channels and business models
Turning emerging digital healthcare opportunities into commercially viable and scalable partnerships
We are looking for someone who combines business development expertise with a strong digital and commercial mindset. Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare is valuable, but candidates from e-telehealth, health technology, technology, FMCG, e-commerce, or other digitally driven industries are encouraged to apply if they have demonstrated experience building partnerships and launching new commercial channels.

This role will play a key part in identifying, developing, negotiating, and executing strategic partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem and beyond. We are looking for a commercially driven, curious, and systems-thinking professional who can connect business needs, market opportunities, customer perspectives, and partner capabilities to create scalable solutions.
While healthcare and pharmaceutical experience is an advantage, we welcome strong business development and partnership professionals from other industries such as FMCG, technology, e-commerce, digital platforms, consumer businesses, and other partnership-driven environments.
Translate business objectives into strategic commercial partnership opportunities.
Identify and develop new business models, channels, and partnership opportunities that can drive growth and long-term value.
Proactively scout and evaluate potential partners aligned with business strategy.
Build strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to accelerate partnership execution.
Develop partnership strategies and secure alignment with relevant business stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and shortlist potential partners based on strategic fit, capabilities, commercial potential, and risk.
Engage prospective partners to understand their business models, capabilities, objectives, and areas of collaboration.
Develop partnership hypotheses and assess opportunities from both the company and partner perspectives.
Coordinate with relevant internal functions to support due diligence and partner assessment.
Lead the engagement process with potential partners with the objective of reaching commercially viable agreements.
Design partnership models that create value for both the company and its partners.
Build business cases and financial/economic models to demonstrate the potential value and commercial impact of proposed partnerships.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions, secure approvals, and ensure effective execution.
Manage governance and approval processes, including escalation to relevant regional or global stakeholders when required.
Translate agreed partnership strategies into actionable execution plans and ensure timely delivery.
Develop negotiation strategies and lead commercial discussions with prospective partners.
Coordinate negotiation roles, milestones, and stakeholder participation.
Develop commercial terms and partnership frameworks that support mutually beneficial outcomes.
Work closely with Legal and other relevant functions to develop and finalize contracts, including provisions related to data sharing, intellectual property, governance, and exit clauses.
Support partner due diligence and ensure agreed commitments can be effectively delivered.
Ensure all required approvals, documentation, and signatures are completed in accordance with company governance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Work collaboratively across functions such as Market Access, Partnerships, Finance & Operations, Marketing, Legal, and other relevant teams.
Act as a trusted business advisor by understanding commercial challenges, constraints, and opportunities.
Establish scalable partnership approaches and models that can be replicated across relevant business opportunities.
