Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to jumpstart and achieve business growth in the VisMin region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions to meet client needs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, sales forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager should have:

  • A strong background in sales and business development (experience from within or outside the healthcare space is welcome).
  • A proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Experience in identifying market opportunities and devising growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with the Visayas and Mindanao markets (Candidates based in either Cebu or Davao will be preferred).
