Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Advertising Media located in Metro Manila. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and developing strategic sales plans. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, providing market feedback, and working closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop advertising campaigns that meet client objectives. This position aims to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management within the Advertising / Media Industry
• Strong understanding of Advertising Media and Marketing Strategies
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to develop Strategic Sales Plans and meet Sales Targets
• Knowledge of Market Trends and the advertising industry landscape
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Willing to work full onsite schedule Monday - Friday in Makati

Work Setup: Onsite Mon-Fri
