About the Role
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the retail supermarket industry. Reporting to the senior leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on strategic opportunities to grow WalterMart across Luzon & Metro Manila. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to expand WalterMart's service offerings and client base

  • Identify and assess new market opportunities, partnerships and trends in the retail industry

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, merchandising and finance teams to support the growth of the organization

  • Analyze market data, industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision making

  • Champion a customer-centric approach and foster strong relationships with partners & stakeholders

What We're Looking For
