Description

Business Development Manager works with the Sales and other significant department to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings and industry events.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities.
  • Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Coordinates to Managing Director, Vice President and President related functions / task for inputs and collaboration purposes.
  • Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time to time by the top management.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

Work Experience:

  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field in the same industry
