Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive for the following locations:

Vadodara / Hyderabad / Delhi

Job Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation & Business Development
    • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings.
    • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
  2. Market Research & Analysis
    • Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
    • Explore and evaluate new business opportunities.
  3. Promotion & Branding
    • Promote products and services via campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
    • Enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.
  4. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
    • Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Reporting & Strategy
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress.
    • Recommend strategies to improve business growth and marketing effectiveness.
Qualification
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Production preferred).
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management (desirable but not mandatory).
Mandatory Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Marketing in Engineering / Capital Goods / Process Equipment ,Rotary and Filtration
  • Strong knowledge of Rotary, Filtration, Drying, and Process Equipment markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
