We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive for the following locations:
Vadodara / Hyderabad / Delhi
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, and direct meetings.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Explore and evaluate new business opportunities.
- Promotion & Branding
- Promote products and services via campaigns, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
- Enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Strategy
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and progress.
- Recommend strategies to improve business growth and marketing effectiveness.
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Chemical / Production preferred).
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Business Management (desirable but not mandatory).
Mandatory Skills
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Business Development / Marketing in Engineering / Capital Goods / Process Equipment ,Rotary and Filtration
- Strong knowledge of Rotary, Filtration, Drying, and Process Equipment markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
