JOB DESCRIPTION

o Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.

o Prepare regular reports on account status and performance.

o Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met.

o Coordinate with product development teams to communicate client requirements.

o Support the implementation of new products or services for key clients.
