Works With: Internal Teams & External Restaurant Partners
Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱40,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role

This role is perfect for someone who loves prospecting, cold calling, and closing new deals — especially with small and mid-sized restaurants looking to grow their operations. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Resto Independent segment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively seek out new independent restaurant clients via cold calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms
Qualify prospects and understand their specific business needs
Present our product/service solutions and convert leads into new accounts
Manage and track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate and follow up on leads
Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets for the restaurant segment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Background in food service, F&B distribution, or restaurant supplier sales is a strong advantage
Confident communicator with persuasive selling skills
Self-driven, competitive, and focused on results
Resilient in handling rejection and objections
Familiar with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
Willing to travel and engage with restaurant owners face-to-face
