Position: Business Development Associate (Resto Independent Segment)

Location: Luzon and Sucat, Parañaque City

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager

Works With: Internal Teams & External Restaurant Partners

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱40,000 (depending on experience)

Industry Focus: Food Service – Independent Restaurants

About the Role

Do you have a hunter’s instinct and a passion for the food service industry? Join us as a Business Development Associate focused on acquiring and onboarding independent restaurants.

This role is perfect for someone who loves prospecting, cold calling, and closing new deals — especially with small and mid-sized restaurants looking to grow their operations. You’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint in the Resto Independent segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new independent restaurant clients via cold calls, emails, field visits, and online platforms

  • Qualify prospects and understand their specific business needs

  • Present our product/service solutions and convert leads into new accounts

  • Manage and track sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to generate and follow up on leads

  • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets for the restaurant segment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development

  • Background in food service, F&B distribution, or restaurant supplier sales is a strong advantage

  • Confident communicator with persuasive selling skills

  • Self-driven, competitive, and focused on results

  • Resilient in handling rejection and objections

  • Familiar with CRM tools and sales performance tracking

  • Willing to travel and engage with restaurant owners face-to-face
