Job summary

MyCurrency Software Development OPC is building its founding business development team in Metro Manila. You will visit cafés, restaurants, and shops to demonstrate the rewards and payments app, sign merchants, and train staff to use the merchant app.

Base pay starts at ₱22,000 with allowances and bonuses tied to performance. The role involves frequent field visits across Metro Manila, with opportunities for growth and leadership as the team expands.

Job description

Earn ₱24,000 guaranteed, with the potential to earn ₱30,000+ a month

MyCurrency is a new rewards and payments app that helps independent cafés, restaurants and shops run their own loyalty program. We're building our founding business development team before our official launch, and we're looking for people who'd rather be out meeting business owners than sitting at a desk.

No setup fee. No subscription. You don't have to ask business owners for money—the app is free to start using. Your job is to show them the value, get them started, and help them build it into their daily routine.

What you'll actually do

• Visit independent cafés, restaurants and shops across Metro Manila and talk to owners face to face.

• Follow up with a short proposal email and a video call.

• Set up the MyCurrency merchant app on the owner's phone and train cashiers in a few minutes.

• Drop off QR stickers and displays, and keep your partners active and happy.

• Track your leads and report your progress weekly.

Most of your day is in the field. Our Regus office is where the team meets, plans and trains.

Pay

• ₱22,000 monthly base, guaranteed.

• ₱2,000 monthly transport and phone-load allowance.

• ₱300 for every merchant you sign, plus ₱500 more once they've been active for 30 days. There's no cap.

• Monthly target bonus: ₱2,000 at target, or ₱4,000 at 150%.

• A team bonus whenever the office hits its monthly goal.

• A 90-day performance review with a raise for top performers, and a path to BD Team Lead.

You're a fit if you

• Are comfortable walking into a shop and starting a conversation with a stranger.

• Speak and write clear English and Filipino.

• Follow up without being reminded.

• Like being paid more when you sign more.

• Have a smartphone and can travel around Metro Manila.

Sales, retail, food service or promo experience is a plus. A positive attitude and persistence matter more than your degree.
