Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is hiring for a Senior Analyst in Wealth Platform Services. The role focuses on Avaloq script development, Oracle/PLSQL work, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver banking technology solutions.

The position offers remote/hybrid options and exposure to international projects. You will work on translating business requirements into robust technical designs, contribute to documentation, and stay current with Avaloq best practices to support client

Qualifications

Business Architecture Senior Analyst Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Avaloq scripts (PL/SQL-based) for core banking functionalities
• Support parameterization to meet client-specific business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to translate functional specifications into technical solutions
• Assist in technical analysis, design, implementation, and testing
• Analyze and resolve incidents, bugs, and change requests
• Contribute technical documentation and maintain clean, well-documented code
• Stay up to date with Avaloq development best practices

Avaloq Technical Business Senior Analyst Job Qualifications

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in programming or software development
• Experience in Oracle databases and PL/SQL; familiarity with other relational database systems is a plus
• Solid understanding of software development principles, best practices, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Genuine interest in financial services, banking systems, or fintech, with a willingness to learn and grow in the domain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with the Avaloq Core Banking System
• Basic understanding of banking products and services
• Avaloq certification is highly desirable and considered a strong advantage
