Weshine is hiring for our client (ESGpedia Singapore Pte Ltd), based in Singapore, for a digital remote role. ESGpedia Singapore Pte Ltd is an Asia's leading ESG FinTech, underpinning the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)'s Greenprint ESG Registry, enabling financial institutions and corporates across all sectors towards sustainability and net zero.
Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to directly influence product decisions that impact our customers and business.
- Your research skills will help us gather insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and user feedback; enabling the creation of products that drive positive environmental, social, and governance impact.
- You will work closely with Business Development and Engineering teams to ensure the successful planning, development, and launch of new features and enhancements.
- The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role is detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly motivated. You are meticulous in your work, with a keen eye for capturing and analyzing data, documenting insights, and ensuring accuracy in product requirements.
- You should have a strong sense of aesthetics and an ability to translate business needs into product designs. Resourceful and adaptable, you take the initiative to solve problems and find answers, leveraging data and creative thinking to support product development in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferably in environmental engineering, sustainability studies or environmental economics.
- Proven experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and synthesizing user insights, preferably with demonstrated knowledge in carbon accounting and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics.
- Knowledge of the various ESG reporting
- Proficiency in visual design tools (e.g. Figma) and understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
