AICines is seeking a Business Analyst to sit between product, growth, and the founders, turning messy questions into clear answers. You will build pricing, unit economics, and market sizing models, run competitor analysis, and turn open-ended questions into actionable recommendations.

You will work closely with founders on strategic calls, supporting the models behind AICines' key business decisions. The role is fully remote with flexible hours, and is suitable for students and recent graduates

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel and quantitative analysis skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first team.

Your role

As a Business Analyst at AICines, you'll sit between product, growth, and the founders — turning messy questions into clear answers.

Day to day, you'll:

• Build pricing, unit economics, and market sizing models
• Run competitor analysis that informs real decisions
• Turn messy, open-ended questions into clear recommendations
• Partner directly with founders on strategic calls
• Support the models behind AICines' key business decisions

Training, development & rotations

You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — growth strategy, product analytics, or operations work — based on where your interest develops.

Salary & benefits

Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.

Career progression
