AICines is seeking a Business Analyst who sits between product, growth, and the founders—turning messy questions into clear answers. You'll build pricing, unit economics, and market sizing models, run competitor analysis, and translate open-ended questions into concrete recommendations.

You will partner directly with the founders on strategic calls, work remotely with flexible hours, and gain exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort with quantitative analysis.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote-first team.
• Curious, self-directed, and able to communicate findings clearly.
• No prior professional experience required — students, recent graduates, and junior candidates are all encouraged to apply.

Your role

Day to day, you'll:

• Build pricing, unit economics, and market sizing models
• Run competitor analysis that informs real decisions

• Partner directly with founders on strategic calls
• Support the models behind AICines' key business decisions

Training, development & rotations

You'll be paired with senior team members from week one and work directly on live problems rather than sandboxed exercises. Because AICines spans streaming, social product, AI generation, and film production, there's genuine scope to explore adjacent areas — growth strategy, product analytics, or operations work — based on where your interest develops.

Salary & benefits

Compensation is benchmarked competitively for remote roles and varies by experience level. The role is fully remote with flexible working hours. You'll get hands‑on exposure to production AI systems and a live platform with real users, plus direct access to founders and senior engineers.
