Job summary

Thakral One Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze procurement processes and define requirements for procurement analytics solutions that meet operational and reporting needs.

You will work closely with business and technical teams, conduct fit-gap analyses, document business rules, support UAT, and apply SAP Ariba expertise to optimize P2P workflows and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential to drive alignment and successful

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience gathering requirements and performing fit-gap analyses.
• Experience supporting UAT.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

Procurement Process Analysis

• Analyse SMES2P/P2P procurement processes to identify requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct fit‑gap assessments to evaluate solution alignment with business needs.
• Define business rules, processes, and reporting requirements.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation

• Gather and document business requirements to support solution delivery.
• Provide SAP Ariba process and functional expertise throughout analysis activities.
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify and refine requirements.

Testing & Validation

• Support UAT activities and business validation to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations.

Experience

• You have 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• You have experience in requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis.
• You have experience supporting UAT.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong understanding of procurement and P2P processes.
