The Role
- Create and lead a small dynamic team to act as a Pool of Service supporting the portfolio & associated Programmes.
- Design Engagement tools to support resource allocations
- Create Functional Team reporting on Demand and Capacity
- Creation of supporting analysis artefacts such as process and data models where appropriate Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Lead information gathering\research to feed into project artefacts necessary to meet Stage Gates.
- Support Project manager in gathering and creating requirements through liaising with key stakeholders within the business
- Analyse impact of changes to policies, processes and technology
- Consulting and working with stakeholders from across WTW
- Proactively engage with departments across WTW to understand current procedures and technologies used
- Writing and owning user stories and acceptance criteria where appropriate
- Consider all audit, compliance, security requirements during projects
- Ad hoc reporting as required.
The Requirements
- Past experience in Leading & Empowering resources in your Teams
- Gap analysis experience
- Broad knowledge of Technology “On Prem” and “Cloud”
- Financial Services background
- Team player and collaboration skills
- Agile/Waterfall or combined experience
- Analyse impact of change experience
- Able to multi task and work with differing stakeholders
- Coherent, concise verbal and written communication
- Writing and refining User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
