HTU is seeking a Business Analyst to capture and document detailed banking requirements, map existing processes, and propose optimization solutions. You will analyze large data, coordinate with IT to translate needs into specs, and support decision-making with robust reporting.

The role involves stakeholder engagement, UAT participation, and preparing presentations for senior management, while staying current with banking regulations.
