Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Bus Attendant to support passenger boarding, assist elderly passengers, children, and those needing help, and ensure safety during trips.

Based in Pasir Panjang, Singapore, the role runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 7pm, offering a basic salary up to SGD 2,500 plus variable bonus. Training will be provided, no experience required, and duties include keeping the bus clean and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers, including elderly passengers, children and persons requiring assistance, during boarding and alighting.
• Ensure passengers are safely seated and assist with seat belts where required.
• Monitor passengers throughout the journey and provide assistance when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bus before and after each trip.
• Sweep, mop and clean the bus interior, including seats, floors, windows and other surfaces.
• Dispose of rubbish and ensure the bus is kept clean and presentable at all times.
• Check the bus for any lost property and hand over found items according to company procedures.
• Assist the bus driver with basic passenger-related matters when required.
• Report any damage, defects, safety concerns or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Comply with company safety procedures and transportation regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
