Qualifications

• Valid Heavy Equipment Operating License (HEOL) or equivalent certification from a recognized authority.
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience operating bulldozers and similar heavy earthmoving equipment
• Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precision equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and site specifications
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with construction crews and supervisors
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding work in various weather conditions
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify and report equipment maintenance issues
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing site conditions and project demands
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and compliance requirements in the Philippines is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Operate bulldozers and related heavy machinery to excavate, grade, and level land in accordance with project specifications and site plans
• Prepare construction sites by clearing vegetation, removing obstacles, and establishing proper drainage
• Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and fellow team members
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction personnel to understand project requirements and timelines
• Operate equipment with precision to minimize material wastage and ensure cost-effective project completion
• Transport and position equipment, materials, and debris as required across construction sites
• Maintain detailed records of daily operations and equipment usage
