JOB DESCRIPTION: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems, address tenant requests, and ensure safety and environmental standards. Manage work orders and maintain asset integrity with proactive maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
