Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians to perform regular inspections, maintenance, and preventive work on building systems. The role is on-site in Bacnotan, La Union, six days a week, with a focus on reliability and safety for tenants and clients.

You will manage work orders, address maintenance issues promptly, and participate in training and meetings to improve operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance and repair experience in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.
• Vocational diploma/short course or bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
• Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
• Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
• Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor's/college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
