Job Description
- Responsible for performing functions relating to the management of the residential real estate, establishing, and maintaining programs for the performance of the building systems.
- Such programs include a routine review and inspection of the various mechanical, electrical, life safety, plumbing, and elevator equipment and include a checklist of items reviewed and relative dates of review.
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/ Engineering/ Business Management/ or any related 4-year course.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Building Engineer/ Head Concierge/ Front Office Supervisor/ Commercial or Retail Leasing, any managerial position.
