Job summary

Comfac Global Group Inc. is seeking a BMS Engineer in Manila to conduct product research and study of specialty systems such as Building Automation, Auxiliary Systems and Environment Monitoring Systems.

The role involves designing systems based on product brands that meet client requirements and assisting with related tasks as needed. Responsibilities include studying product specifications, performing site surveys to gather information for design and estimates, and researching new technologies

Responsibilities

• Study and learn product specifications, operations, and installation details to ensure designs meet client bids.
• Research new technology related to BAS, auxiliary systems, FDAS, CCTV, and fire suppression solutions.
• Update price lists and brochures for existing product brands.
• Conduct site surveys to gather information needed for system design and estimation.

Job description

The BMS Engineer is responsible for conducting product research and study of specialty system like Building Automation, Auxiliary Systems and Environment Monitoring System; making system design base on the products and brands that meets the client requirements and to perform other related task from time to time.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Study and learn the product specifications, operation, application and installation details, making sure that the system product meets the specific client requirements or bid specifications prior to any actual design/estimate work.
2. Research works on new technology on related products - BAS, Auxiliary system, FDAS, CCTV, Fire Suppression System products and solutions.
3. Performs product updates on the existing product brands. (Price list and brochures)
4. Performs site survey to gather detailed information needed for the system design and estimate works.
