Job summary

The role requires NC2 Domrac with 1–2 years of experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and solid MS Office skills. You will work within the Engineering and Technical Services function, focusing on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• NC2 Domrac or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Review work orders and track completion with maintenance systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of systems.
• Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
