Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager based in Marikina to oversee building operations and tenant requirements. You will coordinate maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance while supervising on-site teams and third-party personnel.

The role involves managing genset, STP, and pumps; budgeting and resource planning; enforcing house rules and permits; and leading Emergency Response Team drills with a focus on safe, efficient facility operation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • With 1–2 years' work experience in Property/Facilities Management.
  • Knowledge of basic operations of building equipment (Genset, STP, Pumps).
  • Accredited PCO Certification with LLDA and DENR-EMB is an advantage but not required.
  • PRC License as an Advantage.
  • COSH training (40 hours) an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Preferably residing near Marikina City.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support to executive and tenant’s requests or requirements.
  • Addresses tenant concerns and provides recommendations in resolving tenant issues.
  • Prepares purchase requisitions for maintenance of equipment.
  • Reviews and regulates resources like budgets, expenses, inventories, contracts and permits.
  • Manages common areas including maintenance, housekeeping supervision, safety inspections, energy management, and reporting requirements.
  • Creates, reviews, and implements house rules.
  • Conducts onboarding of third party personnel (housekeepers, security, technicians).
  • Establishes Emergency Response Team (ERT) and leads drills.
  • Oversees maintenance of property and facilities.
  • Ensures safety and security of the property.
  • Facilitates renewal of permits (Discharge Permit and others).
  • Supervises operation of pollution control facilities and reports to Authority when needed.

Job description

  • Provides general administrative support to executive and tenant’s requests or requirements;

  • Addresses to tenant concerns and provide recommendations in resolving tenant issues;

  • Prepares purchase requisitions needed for periodic, preventive and predictive maintenance of all equipment;

  • Reviews, monitors and regulates resources such as, but not limited to budgets, expenses, inventories, manpower, contracts and statutory permits;

  • Manages overall common areas within the warehouse upkeep such as, but not limited to office and warehouse maintenance, housekeeping personnel supervision, safety and security physical inspection, utility and energy management, repair and maintenance, and reportorial requirements;

  • Creates, reviews, updates & implements houserules;

  • Conducts onboard orientation for newly deployed third party personnel such as, but not limited to Housekeepers, Security Guards and Multiskilled Technicians;

  • Establishes Emergency Response Team (ERT) and leads its corresponding drills periodically;

  • Oversees the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment;

  • Ensures that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times;

  • Facilitates yearly renewal of the Discharge Permit and other applicable permits;

  • Supervises proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities;

  • Reports breakdown of any pollution control facility to the Authority within reasonable time.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

  • With at least 1 - 2 years' of work experience in Property/Facilities Management;

  • Must have knowledge and skills on the basic operations of building equipment (Genset, STP, Pumps);

  • Accredited PCO Certification with LLDA and DENR-EMB is an advantage but not required;

  • PRC License as an Advantage;

  • With 40 hour COSH training an advantage;

  • Proficient in MS Office;

  • Preferably residing near Marikina City.
