• At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry.
• On-site work readiness and willingness to work six days a week.
• Amenable to on-site work in Bacnotan, La Union.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, conduct inspections, enforce house rules, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor security and housekeeping to ensure safety, cleanliness, and service quality.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, energy management, fire safety programs, and other technical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, permits, licenses, and property standards.
• Prepare reports, inventories, and documents for board/landlord meetings.
• Manage service providers, monitor contracts and performance, and evaluate service quality.
• Monitor budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting; assist in budget planning.
• Supervise the property management team and coordinate with landlords, tenants, residents and stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Oversee daily property operations, conduct regular inspections, enforce house rules, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor security and housekeeping services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with service agreements.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment and utility monitoring, fire safety, energy management, and other technical programs.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, government permits, licenses, legal requirements, and property standards.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, documentation, inventories, and requirements for board/landlord meetings.
• Manage service providers, monitor contract compliance and performance, and evaluate service quality.
• Monitor billing, collections, expenses, fund balances, and budgets; prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning.
• Supervise, coach, and assess the property management team to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, residents, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve property operations, streamline processes, and enhance service quality.
• Serve as Reliever for Account Lead - Metro Manila, ensuring continuity of operations, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and escalation management.
• Participate in company meetings, training programs, and other organizational activities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam)
• At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry.
• Willing to work on-site.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.
