Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Builder to join our team on a full-time, 12 month contract. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing arange of construction tasks and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Plan, organize, and execute building tasks including framing, roofing, plastering, andfinishing works in compliance with project specifications.
• Interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents to guide constructionactivities accurately.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure timely projectprogression.
• Ensure all building work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and qualitystandards.
• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify any defects, safety risks, ordelays and take appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and team members.
• Manage tools, materials, and resources efficiently to minimize waste and delays.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid builder’s license or certification recognized in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a builder in residential, commercial, orindustrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and safety documents.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing project demands.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple tasks and working independently or as part of a team.

Education & Training
