Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines seeks a Client Financial Management Specialist to support global financial management, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and contract profitability analysis in a hybrid Mandaluyong setting.

You will coach junior analysts, manage stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements while aligning with US GAAP and internal controls.

Night shift schedule and weekends off per project constraints; requires eligibility to work in country.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A and forecasting.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to maximize profitability of engagements.
• Collaborate with client and engagement executives to communicate contract financial positions.
• Complete standard monthly/quarterly financial activities and processes.
• Fulfill invoicing and collections per contractual requirements.
• Advise on forecast management activities and report creation.
• Support work plan reconciliation and reporting.
• Track and report time, expenses, and variances per policy.
• Contribute to CFM through value creation and leadership.
• Prepare and participate in CFM meetings and training sessions.

Offer services through contract completion on regulatory and organization principles compliance, internal controls, budgeting/forecasting, contract profit and loss management and advisory to our customer leadership team. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide value-added financial management, analysis, and advice to client engagement teams to maximize the profitability of engagements 2. Collaborate with client and engagement executives, client group finance leads (or equivalent), and other finance operations executives to communicate the position and status of contract or account financial position 3. Complete standard MTD/QTD financial and operational activities and processes 4. Fulfill invoicing and collections, consistent with contractual requirements 5. Advise/assist on forecast management activities (input collection, processing and report creation) 6. Perform/assist with work plan reconciliation and reporting 7. Track and report time-reporting hours, expenses, and variances as required, including compliance with account/engagement expense policy (if existent)Track and report third-party out-of-pocket expenses, client time and expenses against program budget, and any other expense charges to program budget tracking and reporting of third-party out-of-pocket expenses 8. Contribute to the CFM organization as Value Creator, People Developer, and Business Operator 9. Prepare and participate in CFM meetings and training sessions 10. Supervise, coach, and mentor junior CFM analyst(s) and others 11. Identify and communicate to CFM leadership to opportunities to continuously improve training, methodologies, tools and skills 12. Support and contribute to local CFM recruiting initiatives 13. Execute account financial processes to ensure the quality and integrity of engagement financial records 14. Provide pricing / new business support for new and extended business opportunities and/or review pricing calculations from engagement executives 15. Perform or assist with the preparation of engagement, project, and program reporting as well as Accenture internal financial accounting processes 16. Support and execute the account forecasting process, including ad hoc and internal stakeholder management requests 17. Execute all global and local statutory, tax, Internal Controls, and US GAAP requirements as described by policy to ensure full compliance 18. Perform Inventory and Receivables management, including monitoring of variances and follow-up on discrepancies 19. SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• With at least 5 years’ experience in FP&A and forecasting
• At least 3 years sup experience; will handle 10 or more

• CPA not required but an advantage
