A well-established company is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage and monitor funding requests, ensuring alignment with budget goals. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a degree in Accountancy and CPA certification, along with relevant budgeting experience. Candidates will be responsible for reporting variances and collaborating with other departments for accurate financial oversight.
Job Description:
Review and monitor funding requests based on approved budget by management;
Encode all expenses in the budget system and come up with a consolidated expense budget report per department;
Compare actual expenses to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report significant variances and regular collaboration with the other department in settlement and justification of budget variances;
Checks WER vouchers and reimbursements (non-raw, CRF-related);
Timely submission of reports
Other Adhoc analysis that management may required.
Job Qualification:
Must be a BS Accountancy graduate; a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
1–5 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or accounting
Experience in financial analysis and cost control measures
Previous experience in corporate finance, or FMCG industries is a plus
